Really interesting!
I appreciate it that it is hardcover because I pick it up to read often. It has many interesting anecdotes. I like the pictures, but wish there were some identifying some of the plants being used. I cannot wait to try some of the recipes, and am glad that some substitutes are suggested since I will not be able to find some of the ingredients.
