  Ordered 5 binders and then received 4 in a mailing bag that was clearly never strong enough to hold them all. Messaged seller to get it sorted and was completely ignored, got ebay involved and then seller finally replied asking me to check the individually wrapped binders incase there was 2 together(again impossible as individually wrapped) Back to again being ignored and not even an offer to rectify the issue. Terrible customer service, ignored me constantly and hasn’t tried sorting there issue
