You get what you pay for.

These "energizers" are from China. Not that that's the bad part, but half of them had voltage of 1.2V to1.3V. This model of battery is rated at 1.5V and should be a bit higher when new. So a lot of them were already weak and unusable. As usual, the cheap price is too good to be true.
