works well. only lasted two years

Good flow ave works well. lasted almost ecactly 2 years of 24x7 use in a Maryland outdoor environment. Failure was almost exactly 2 months after the pond was "professionally" cleaned. Our first pump failed almost exactly 2 months after the last "professional" cleaning for the same reason - water inside the pump housing. was able to drain the water, reseal the pump but the bearings were ruined at that point. First pump was 13 years old when it died (was killed?)- can't say the professionals did it, but it is coincidental..
