Big improvement
Much better than stock, they could be slightly larger but do fit my hand well. Makes my Taurus Judge feel more like my S&W's

Good starting point
These are a good starting point to get into gas bicycles all thought spending an extra $50 dollars for a better engine kit might be better if you can't do your own work on the engine. I have 4 of these and they all needed some port work and rejetting to run their best. All in all not a bad deal though.

Lots of work needed
Other than having a reed valve and larger carb. this wasn't much of an upgrade. The air filter hit the frame, so I had problems mounting the engine. The ports weren't matched and the piston needed a lot of reworking to get it to work with the reed valve. On my dyno the engine only put out 1.8 hp. and would only rev to 5600 rpm. After a lot of reworking the cylinder, the piston and installing a high compression head the dyno showed 4.6 hp and 6700 rpm. My mid range Torque was also greatly improved. This engine kit, I feel is a good value if you can do some of your own work on it. All of the things you do as improvements to these engines need to work together other wise they are just a bunch of parts.
