  Bought item July 23. Although item was packed well & was shipped without issues, seller's description did not match was was sent, namely the AC power supply & AC cord, and USB cable. Checked with Sabrent, the manufacturer, regarding availability of missing parts; none available. I bought same item, manufacturer & model number, from another eBay seller. Before transacting, I contacted seller, to make sure all the contents of the item were included. Refund please, due to seller misrepresentation.
