Well thought out necessity for outdoor dome cameras
1 of 1 found this helpful These shields are well designed and work well in keeping rain and snow off of outdoor dome cameras. There is one issue to be aware of in positioning them over a camera, the camera's IR is reflected off of the underside of the covers if they are too close. The underside is painted black but I suspect that the paint is not absorbing the infrared illumination.
