When I was looking for these binoculars, Cindy's product page stated she was away, and there would be a delay. I was ok w/that & ordered. EVEN THOUGH she was travelling, I got a very quick thank you, and an assurance they would be sent immediately when she got back. And she did! Packed VERY well: first a bubble-wrap bag, then a wrap of craft paper, then a box, then more paper then ANOTHER box! Description was spot on, honest, priced right, no nasty surprises!
