basic fax/phone- average quality
I bought this fax as a replacement for an old Panasonic ribbon-type machine, which still worked by the way, I just wanted to upgrade. The specs on the Brother showed it to have most of the features I needed, but not everything. Doing pretty extensive research on all brands and models, I found that none of them offer every single feature I wanted on one model. So it looked like this unit had the best I could get for the price range I was looking for.
I like the inkjet cartridge over the fax ribbon, although I'm not sure I'm getting as many pages per cartridge as I was with ribbon. The send and receive speed is much faster than my old Panasonic, that's a good thing. This machine prints good quality images. It also has a paper catcher for incoming faxes, which oddly enough, not every machine I looked at does.
The things I DON'T like about the 1360: The telephone handset is small, cheap-feeling, and the sound quality is very poor. If you don't use the phone on the machine much, this isn't a problem. It also does not have a true speakerphone function, only a listening mode for dialing. I found the paper tray fairly difficult to load, you have to pull out the tray, set the paper in, and adjust the tray size for your paper. If you push the paper in too far, it slides up and jams the machine. After I fumbled with it a few times I figured out how to do it without too much hassle, but I think they could have made the process a bit easier, especially a fuction you will be doing often.
And lastly, this fax doesn't have a cover sheet printing function, at least I can't find it anywhere in the manual. I thought all machines would cover this necessary job!
Overall, the 1360 is a decent small-office fax/phone/printer. Brother is well known for quality products, and I'm hoping this one will last even half as long as my 20 year old Panasonic did. For the price, it is worth a try.

great tool, but does not fit all models
this is a great brush accessory for cleaning fan blades and hard to reach areas. Well made like all Dyson products. BUT BEWARE-THIS DOES NOT FIT ALL VACUUM MODELS! I have an older DC 14 low reach model and the attachment does not snap on to the hose. I was able to rig a piece of tubing to make it fit, so I'm able to use it.

great thermostat
very comprehensive learning thermostat, does everything you could possibly want or need a home heating and cooling control to do. Easy to install. Setup is a little tricky, but not terrible. I had to completely reset my Google Home mini to get it to connect to the Nest, but with a little help from the great product support line I was able to get it running perfectly.
