Fitting
1 of 1 found this helpful The book itself reads well. There are victim testimonies that make you feel like you are going through your own journey with them, from symptoms all the way to recovery. It is a good source of knowledge as well.
What I dislike is the sense of antiquity of some of the ideas and opinions of the author. So keep in mind that this book was published in 1993 and you might not agree with some of the ideas expressed in terms of gender etc.
Overall I would recommend the book if you are interested in the subject.

Flavorful
I would highly recommend these k cups. They smell great and are very flavorful - just like caramel!
