Great device, headphone jack is broken

The product itself works wonderfully. It's a neat little system; wish I'd done more research into it, there's no shuffle function. It also doesn't come up when I plug it into the computer, but that might be a me thing rather than an issue with the device itself? The real problem is that the headphone jack is busted. Bluetooth? Works wonderfully. Headphone jack? Entirely broken. You plug in the AUX cord, it wiggles around and doesn't pick up sound whatsoever. I wish that had been listed somewhere in the product listing.
