Cannot prime, but Nespresso did me right!
Unable to prime so cannot brew coffee. It does make hot water from a separate pump/spout. I called the Nespresso Club, and they will repair at no cost. The are sending me a loaner to use until mine is repaired. Addendum: The machine could not be repaired, so Nespresso sent me a new one! That one leaked. So, Nespresso overnighted me another new one : ) Works great - I love it

Don't buy this unsupported garbage.
Op until a month or so ago, I loved it. Since then it keeps dropping the internet and I have to reboot. This happens daily, sometimes multiple times. Netgear offers no help! The want me to buy a service support plan to get them to stand behind their products. There are numerous complaints about this problem on their 'community forum, but never a solution or even an acknowledgement that THEY have a problem.
