The bees knees
It has to be said that it's expensive but it's got all the features at the highest quality. The action on the treadle is perfect for my foot and the reduced size is fantastic. The forward click on and off works well, although the light should be on the other end of the pedal so you can see it. The tone adjustment settings are genuinely useful and the sound is just heavenly - smooth, controllable and articulate. It's also extremely quiet, no nasty hissing in the background, strangely quiet. My 70s Morley has some great sounds but the Xotic does a whole lot more and doesn't require endless adjusting.
