great sound, lightweight
i have this headset for about a month now, and am pretty pleased:
the good - lightweight, easy fit, great for both ears and very comfortable (i can walk around with it for a few hours with no problem). i am heard very well, hear very well too. using the plantronics android app, i can keep an eye on the earpiece charge. which by the way is great! i talk on the phone a few hours a day, and haven't finished the earpiece charge yet. the case is great for keeping the headset safe during the time out of the office, and keeping the charge up on longer shifts at work. i have 2 phones, and its great to be able to be connected to both, although i can't switch between them (putting one phone on hold while switching to the other). it's kind of cool that i am told the name of the caller, and can order the headset to answer or ignore a call . another great feature for me is the ability to stream music to the headset, works great (and the extra charge is great for that). the sensors are great for streaming the calls to the phone vs. the earpiece when the earpiece is not in my ear (for those short calls).
the bad - its bigger and bulkier than other's I've had over the years. i kind of look like an airport flight controller walking around with it, (but i don't really care too much about that). another thing is that it doesn't fit very tightly into the ear (but the sound loudness and quality make up for it in my opinion).
in conclusion - a great set, price is not bad for pretty good quality, if you don't mind a larger earpiece. for someone who talks a lot on his phone(s), i think it's worth it, and the protecting charging case clinches it up for me. 4 because its kind of bulky, the rest is great.

great!!!
i have this product for over a year now, and it still works like new. sits in the sun most of the time, it's very durable.
it's a little bit more expensive than other mounts, but i can't understand how i managed without it before.
the one thing that might be a problem for someone else, is for when you are not the only driver - the phone hooks up with a magnet you place on (or in) the phone. i got 2 magnets, one large and one small. if someone else wants to use it (if they don't have a magnet), thats a problem.
i have one phablet (the big magnet) and an iphone, (small magnet). they both hold very well, in the year i've had this, there have been no phones falling!
