The Complete Compleat Angler
I would be wasting words to review a book which has been around for centuries. This edition is one of the better presentations of what is a must-read for any serious angler or historian ..... or both!

A new take on 'Cowboys and Indians'
Forget those 'B' westerns we all saw at the cinema. Forget the glamour and excitement - and the usual happy ending ... this book puts the whole of the 'Indian Question' of 19th Century America into a true perspective. Authoritatively written, packed full of facts and eminently readable, 'Scalp Dance' shows the conflict between the indigenous First Nation and the overwhelming Newcomers in a manner which is enlightening, eye-opening and very often horrific. It captures the mood and atmosphere of the times very well. Once started, you will not put this book down.

Perfect in Every Way
My charming and practical vintage water can was missing its rose. This item compliments the old can in every way with excellent quality, simple, classic lines, fully functional and entirely suiting the 'old' style. The thread was a perfect fit. I recommend this item.
