Wireless LAN Adapter

I received the unit and it simply does not work. Won't even power up. My Panasonic TV does not even recognize it when it's plugged in. I tried it on other devices as well but it simply will not power up, like a circuit is open inside it. It was used so I guess I got took this time around. A new one was not available.
