Sharp Enough To Split A Hair!
Absolutely beautiful, well made and easy to keep an edge knife.
My only gripe is it's a little small for my hands. I use it for cutting my brisket and bigger meats beautifully.
It didn't move to the first knife I go to (I use a traditional butcher chiefly [I have all 'chef' knive too, I just love my butcher]) but it is my second choice.
I do highly recommend this knife however to complete your selection!

Awesome for young and old!
Gives great hologram effect. Works great with shiny items like coins, screws, etc.
Great just to keep as a little coffee table trinket..
