I learned from a doc that visits many widely varied parts of the world regularly
He said he never goes without this supplement; to prevent being sick while away. My wife researched it and found many reports of anti-microbial and other beneficial properties. I take it during times when many people around me are sick, it seems to help.

Great value
This book is one of several that were recommended for a new effort on my part- it has valuable information regarding some principles. There is also some info on tactics, which is a little less relevant for my focus. I am focused on the principles, which never change

Not worth it
I bought this because my check engine light came on and the code said TPS- the light went off, but soon after I installed it, my (2004 Tacoma 2.4L) started stumbling, hesitating & bucking at low RPM, at first I thought it was when cold, but it really did it all the time. I finally went and looked at Tacoma World and there were my symptoms and TPS malfunction was the cause. I just installed another (a little more expensive, $20 not $10) TPS and now it runs perfect. I don't really know if the part came broken or if it broke right away.
