Still worth buying
Bought this second-hand, I don't do much video so didn't want to spend too much. You can now get wi-fi and a wider zoom range, but I wasn't bothered about that. Nice neat light camera, easy to use, although I would recommend getting a decent damped tripod like a Velbon DV 7000 if you want your results to look more professional. No real downsides.
