  I was going to leave a negative review (my first ever) because it took 13 days to ship. Once it shipped it arrived in 3 days. That's normal, but 13 days to ship is not. I received the package and there was a note inside saying "thank you for your patience" with a cute little smiley face so they did acknowledge that it was shipped late. A reminder to everyone that before you leave a neg review, consider that you don't know anyone's life and they may have been unable to properly fulfill an order.
