For Ford Torino 1970-1971 Sherman Dash Cover

Great product for the price! Worth every penny if you're on a budget.

It fits better than I expected. It's quite nicely formed to fit all of the contours in every direction. When it's on you kind of forget about it, which is a good thing. The originals only survived because the car was garage kept it's entire life, and this is like the next best thing. Is it squishy like the original? no but it looks the part and seems durable. My only complaint, and it may seem a little picky. They went through all of the trouble to make the mold, but it's the wrong grain in the vinyl surface. Really though, it's not that big a deal unless you're going for car show points. It looks classy, and a hell of a lot better than the shrunken and cracked original.

Still needs more work, but seems to work fine.

Still not working so inlet valve is probably bad too. Just replaced it three or four years ago, and there is a substantial filter between the main water line for the house, and the line going to the icemaker, so probably just failed. Oh well, I will get it working again soon hopefully. Installation was easy, and it cycles, but no water. I have no doubt it works just fine.
