Lightweight, with the power to light up the darkness!
This little head torch is perfect for lighting your way in the dark, and cooking over a bbq, its nice and light, comfortable on the head, and enough light power to do what i need it for, with 2 settings, i wish i had bought this item years ago !

IF YOU COULD READ MY MIND.
I BOUGHT THIS CD BASED ON ONE SONG THAT I LIKED A LOT WHEN I HEARD IT USED ON THE TRIGGER HAPPY TV COMEDY SHOW, I TRACKED THE COMPOSER TO SINGER SONG WRITER GORDON LIGHTFOOT, AND THE TRACK... IF YOU COULD READ MY MIND,.. FOR ME THE ONLY TWO SONGS I LIKE ON THE ALBUM IS THAT ONE, AND POOR LITTLE ALISON, THE REST SOUND VERY DATED AND MUNDANE I THINK, BUT I AM YET TO HEAR MORE FORM THIS WONDERFUL MUSICIAN. IF YOU COULD READ MY MIND.. A TIMELESS HAUNTING CLASSIC.

OLD MOTHER RILEY
I will be honest, having bought the whole boxed set, of old mother Riley films, I was disappointed, though its funny in places, the script , does not really gel together very well, the stories are not exciting, in fact very dull, and though Lucan is very good at being old mother Riley, the presentation lacks lustre and fulfilment, one craves for a endearing location scene of the time, and away from the tiresome creaky indoor film sets, though in a great Traditional British film heritage, and no doubt filmed on a tight budget, and Lucan's remarkable character, has set a bench mark , that has been copied by other individuals throughout the years , up to the present, we have to thanks him for that, his sole partner Kitty Mcshane appears more grating and highly emotional than necessary, and it does not really work for me, though filmed around the same time frame as the Will Hay films, there is no comedy comparison, most of the Hay films ,have a proper story, wonderful clever humour, there is no comparison, its all in a good script writer, it makes a huge difference to the film, that's why all the Marx brothers films are true gems,.... but not discounting Arthur Lucan, .. a funny and amusing character, to be sure!
