False advertisement or just bad quality?

On the eBay item descrition page, it said support Microwave, coffe maker or mini fridge, yet on the user manual, it asks you not to use the product to supply power to non of thoese appliances. Factory defect? Or simply bad design? After about 25 minute of usage, this unit stop working. A flashing warning sign saying "overload" appears on the display. Press turn on, the unit will turn off itself after about 10 seconds. It has been 2 hour since the warning sign first appeared.

Unstable, bad quality

They obviously over stock with this low quality item, that's why it's so cheap.
