  Although the item arrived damaged, It was no fault of the seller. You could tell box had been dropped by shipping company at some point (which was while they probably lost it for a few days). Seller had packed the heater well enough if shipping had gone right. Promptly received a refund when I let the seller know that it was damaged. Would buy from this seller again.
