  Seller does not take accountability, ships and packages poorly, lacks communication and is dishonest. It took over a month for plants to arrive with zero shipping information and no response. Box of plants arrived very damp inside, does not look like the listing photos. Plants are down to a stump due to root and stem rot. Seller refuse to send replacement unless I place 2nd order and didn't provide return ship label. I have to file a case to fight for a refund. Do not purchase from seller!

  10 weeks after purchase, the plants arrived. They were packaged well, but the moss was dry, half the leaves died and are in less that pristine health. I will do what I can to rehabilitate them, but I will not buy direct from Asia like this again.
