Great product at a great price!
These are a great alternative when a full-sized stepped attenuator won't fit. It is a series type attenuator, but will fit where typical volume controls would otherwise need to be used. Almost perfect tracking, unlike most compact volume controls, so even at very low volume settings the channels are balanced.

The only remote you need
After fighting with multiple remotes, lost remotes, and pre-programmed universal remotes that really aren't universal, I bought one of these because of good things I'd heard about the Harmony remotes.
Software installation was a snap, and once you've input your equipment you can set up various tasks, such as "watch a DVD". Logitech's website programs the remote for all the equipment and programs all of the tasks.
Once done, you only have to push one button for whatever it is you want to do, and everything turns on and is set to the correct mode. That way anyone can use the system with the push of ine button.
In addition, you can still control all of the setup menus and anything else the original montain of remotes ere needed for.
Tired of fighting with remotes and complaints? Buy one of these, you'll be glad you did!

For the price, this is a great sounding cable
I've never found AudioQuest cables all that great, but the new series in general is very good. My "yardstick" for cable performance is the original Monster M1000 cables. The Golden Gate is still not as good as real Monster M1000i cables (there are lots of fakes out there), but it's getting close. You need to move the the Sydney to outperform it. This is a very good cable for the money, and is an improvement over the Tower and Evergreen, which sound virtually identical to me. The Big Sur, to my ears, is very similar to the Golden Gate. I still need to compare it to the Red River. If you want to "taste" the current crop of "budget" AudioQuest cable and can't afford the Sydney, this is an excellent place to start. Make sure to let it burn it for a few days before coming to any conclusions, it does make a difference.
