  Seller sold a faulty item, which needed batteries it would not charge, but told me before I purchased they did not require batteries and were run by power socket. Sending me images of a power socket, all 3 phones have dead or nearly dead batteries costing a lot of money to replace. When I complained he tried to make out he didn’t know, they don’t work without the batteries so he must of known don’t buy electrical item from this seller.

  I am sincerely sorry for any misunderstanding. I took your query to establish if batteries were not included. As batteries were included, along with chargers, I believed all was well. During my use of the phones, they remained plugged in, only to be taken from the charging station to make or receive calls. The battery condition was never an issue to my knowledge. I would never give misleading info relating to a sale. The units are not faulty despite your claim that the batteries were dead.
