6 of 7 found this helpful I used this to power up my 8000 btu portable air conditioner and a mini fridge for my enclosed trailer the air conditioner must be fully running before I turn on the fridge because of the surge watts. So you just have to be smart and turn on your bigger appliance first total amps are 8.5 on a/c and about 2amps on the fridge.its the surge watts that you have to watch for. Hope this helps
