used phone, "down" and "K" buttons don't work, otherwise phone OK!
I bought this for a back up phone to use because my dell streak is obsolete and I can't upgrade until Nov.2013

Outside of the Data problem, this phone works great.
I bought this phone to replace my Dell Streak and because AT&T will not allow a phone upgrade until April 2014! I like the phone, there was no damage, very clean phone. Because this is a phone of newer technoligy it works better than my dell streak which acts like an overworked computer needing a rebuild, but not possiable for the Streak because it's not supported any longer. As for the Samsung Exhilarate, my only complaint is it will not allow me to use my AT&T data plan unless I'm connected to Wi-FI. AT&T has not been able to fix that for me.
