Falling Apart over time

At first we were very happy with the bar stools, but after a while some have started making weird sounds. After about a year we have noticed that the welding points that hold the seat to the base are cracked. After almost falling from one, we saw that all the welding points separated from the base, making that bar stool completely broken. You can see more in the photos.
