  Seller advertised computer as running Windows 10, then installed Windows 11 before shipping without informing us. Components included in photos weren't included with product. Failure to properly secure internal components (which were secured in the photos) led to damage to the graphics card. Seller offered no solutions or refund and suddenly pretended to speak English poorly when confronted. AVOID!
