I’m officially retired, married 47years, same awsome woman. I’m a Stacker/Numismatist, stacker sounds better. Had a 5 gal water bottle full to the rim nickels, dimes & quarters(1,800). Took them to the local coin shop, traded them for silver, 66ozs, silver was over $30oz?
My 1st stack, I was hooked! I would check the coin shop regularly for silver until they couldn’t supply my need for MORE! I discovered Silver.com, it escalated from there! Then SBSS/SS, proof, antique & colorized sets, state quarters, Kennedy halves, I have a pretty diverse stack. I had a blast collecting/stacking, EBay is the ultimate tool if you stack! Where else can you shop/zorch, from your couch, all over the world? for rare collectibles? I recently moved LA to Idaho, not only for retirement. My son helped me move my Rambo box (gun safe) as momma calls it. He gasped when he saw my stack! Well I’m not going to sell off all my goodies but, I realized it’s time to sell off some of the hoard. So stay tuned.
