Good machine
This is not a Hobart, but you're also not paying Hobart prices. It's metal construction, which is awesome. Easy cleanup. Easy assembly.
If I had to change one thing, I'd move the rollers closer together or get bigger cuber discs. The Hobart blades slice all the way through the meat. This does not. If you are cubing meat with a lot of sinew, it's not going to do what you want - grind it instead.

worthy read
Not one of the I-can't-put-it down books, but well written and engaging. Thanks unto the Lords of Cordite that we FINALLY have a writer who understands gun.

Total Eclipse by John Brunner
0 of 1 found this helpful John Brunner, has of late, become the Dean of the Science Fiction in my personal library. His Magnum Opus, Stand on Zanzibar, should be required reading for any S.F. Fan.
Total Eclipse is one of those quintessential Brunner volumes that any S.F. fan should have. Much like Frank Herbert, you can read Brunner's future history stories a different way each time and take something new with each read.
Total Eclipse. Well worth the time and the rewards far exceed the efforts put forth in reading it.
