The machine I received is not the machine advertised.
4 of 5 found this helpful I purchased what was supposed to be an Apple iMac Desktop Core2Duo 3.0Ghz 4GB 500GB DVDRW 24". However, when I received the machine I found that the iMac was actually a Core2Duo 2.4 2GB 320 GB. I have tried several times to contact TechMart and inform them of this mishap, but they have yet to respond. Below is the message I sent to techmarts1@gmail.com several times. Consequently, my review of my interaction with eBay and TechMart is far less than stellar; I call it a poor experience.
I have a problem and need your help. The machine I received is not the machine advertised. The machine I received has only 2GB of RAM and less than a 320 GB HD. Additionally, the processor is only 2.4 GHZ. The machines specs should be Apple iMac Desktop MB419LL/A Core2Duo 3.0Ghz 4GB 500GB DVDRW 24". I hope to hear from you soon as to how we can rectify this problem. Thanks in advance for your excellent customer service.
