    Overall good experience! Only criticism is it didn't ship for several days after the label was created, so it was a couple days after the expected delivery date before it arrived. Not a big deal for me though. Chair was in a good shape and well packaged in the box. I can tell they put some love into refurbishing it and looks great.     Through no fault of the seller (who's communications were quick and clear!), two chairs arrived separately, a week apart from one another. First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled. The top edge of the seat back (packed separately from the base in the same box, thank you!) was scratched across the top edge from where the box had been crushed and torn, unfortunately.

    Genuine chair in great condition and reasonably priced. The item was described and pictured accurately. I just couldn't get comfortable in it for very long unfortunately so I returned it. That's not the seller's fault though. My only complaint is that the shipping box was pretty mangled. I'm glad the chair didn't get damaged.
