The item was listed as new and giftwrapped. I purchased to give as a special gift. I received a used/refurbished item, delivered by AMAZON. The tag inside the box said this was a "free gift from an Amazon seller" with no charge. The box I received was clearly marked that it was used/refurbished. I contacted the seller twice about this as I do not want to give a used gift and have not heard a word back. Buyer beware of this seller.
