Stick It !
This is the toughest glue I've ever used. Hold slabs to knives, suede to poly coating, wood-to-wood.
A very little goes a long way, even when used on wood grain; especially, maybe, when clamping to a metal blank because there is little, if any, "squeeze out" of glue.

Most reliable adhesive
2 of 2 found this helpful Making knives, I deal with many exotic woods. These have to be adhered to steel, of various sorts.
These are woods that sometimes won't adhere to other woods, being bonded with a material (steel) that has no pores for the adhesive to grab.
So, an adhesive that bonds a oily, small pored wood slab to a polished steel finish is what a knife maker needs.
This is it. I use no other in my work and have had no failures.
DO follow all instructions at all times. Never work with it bare-handed, no solvent you have laying around will do anything. I tried. I ended up needing to use 120 grit on a sanding disk to remove the dried material from my fingers
Did my nails while I was at it; but seriously, the manufacturer has included instructions that are absolutely necessary to take.
The often just legal coverage terms "well ventilated", "use hand and eye protection", etc. are serious and real here and any responsible crafts-person will do well to follow every instruction to the letter. NEVER leave in reach of children, pets or unwary adults.
Be responsible and everything goes smoothly and rapidly.
