Don't replace it , repair it
2 of 3 found this helpful Rear seat belt retractor not working and dealer wants 130$ plus labor to replace it. Figured out how to remove it and sent to Safety Restore and within 3 days it was returned with a new updated return spring assembly installed with a Lifetime warranty! total cost 55$!! (you pay shipping to, free shipping on return) . best value I have found for this type of repair and Safety Restore can repair many kinds of set belts give them a try you will save money.
