This book is a wonderful resource for teachers!
I bought this book because our school-wide March Is Reading Month theme for 2011 was "American Heores Among Us". It was a perfect resource to get our 5th and 6th graders reading and learning about true American heroes and what makes a person a hero. The students loved it and I would recommend it to not only teachers, but parents as GREAT reading material to share with their children. Each section about each hero is two pages in length, which is also appealing. With this book, I also purchased the trading card set. Those we used with reading partners -reading, sharing and then trading, which made learning fun and that much more in depth. I would recommend the book and trading cards as quick reads for tons of great information!

It appears to be a good system although I have nothing to compare it with.
Purchased a second Bachman Spectrum 36505 Wireless EZ command Dynamis DCC Control System because I needed a new wall plug. Also wanted a second remote to control other trains. Unfortunately, it appears a second control will not work in conjunction with first remote, unless I also purchase the Pro-box. Otherwise, I have enjoyed the system for several years. Some of the programming could stand some updating to facilitate ease of use.
