Not 30x, not even close.
You get what you pay for... not quite the magnification I needed, I have to look hard through it to see the detail I need. Both of them seem to have the same magnification when held next to each other but are labeled differently. I’m not sure these even hit 5x magnification. It was only $6 though and better than the naked eye.

Work great, good value.
The product works very well for the price, can't beat the quality at this price point. Followed the recommendations in the instruction pamphlet for a haircut and it came out pretty respectable.
