Plastic is better.
This is the first aluminum throttle tube I have tried in quite some time, and couldn't be any less happy with it. There are two plastic bushings built into the tube that rub on the handlebar, and they actually cause friction and make the tube bind. And even after I removed them, I have found that the stock plastic tube requires less effort to turn and snap back. Bottom line - an aluminum tube might be beneficial for someone who doesn't have wrap-around, woods hand guards to protect their throttle, but plastic tubes offer a much better feel and are easier to turn. Just my 2 cents. Cheers!

Great battery for the price!
I used these to replace my Uniden cordless phone handset batteries. Can't beat 'em for the price!
