Best of the best
1 of 1 found this helpful I have bought and made many wines from kits. This is by far my favorite wine. It is easy to make and all of my friends love it. It has a Raspberry explosion in your mouth with a clean finish. It is great with cheddar cheese

This fish brine is outstanding.
I started using this fish brine about 1 year ago. It is fantastic and easy to use. You mix the powder with water, soak your fish for 24 hours and then put on your favorite smoker. I use a Traeger grill.
