Feels flimsy - but im more concerned about payment
4 of 7 found this helpful So the item arrived within the timeframe specified. Upon opening i was pleased see a completely unmarked phone, as i've brought refurbished items before with marks on. However the case of the phone feels cheap and easily breakable, and infact the plastic casing became cracked upon a coin landing on it from about a half a foot's distance.
I am concerned too about the heat of the device, upon charging or doing anything at long intervals that involve the screen - the device becomes extremely hot, so much so that you can't put it in your pocket for a little while until it cools down.
The accessories are also cheaply made. They come in genuine looking packaging, but the earphones especially are cheap and are nowhere as bassy as their genuine counterparts.
However my biggest concern was when i accessed by bank account in order to cancel a direct debit for something else, only to find that somehow my payment for this item was set up to be a quarterly direct debit of £215.
