Not as good as her migraine book

It is an ok herbal book, but very little detail is given and very weak in my opinion. I really like the same author Herbs For Migraines book, but this one was a dissapointment. If you know nothing about herbs, and can get it cheap, then maybe.

Very generalized, not much practical specific info with doses. I would have not bought it had I known it. I understand that specifics differ from person to person, however ranges should be suggested.
