A bit oddly packaged: inside 2 nested boxes - the inner box contained sheets of brown paper and bubble wrap but that packing material was not wrapped around breakable glass shelf at all- it was just thrown in the box loosely. The exterior box was enormous but had no packing material between it and the smaller box. Luckily - and I do think luck was involved - the shelf arrived unscathed. Just a heads up to watch the packing in the future! Thank you!

I received a left handed reel. i emailed them and they sent me a return label right away. i shipped it back and got my refund quickly. they did every thing fast and right after the mistake. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks Guys

However, it was delivered in an unmarked box in an amazon packaging box and I do not support amazon. Sorry, but I only support the small businesses such as eBay and Etsy. I understand that people try to better themselves but if you want my business do not send a package labeled amazon. Some of us don’t use amazon and it would have been fine if you would have replied by saying; I’m sorry but I’m out of this product at this time. Try again later. Good product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
