Love the Book

Love the book, love the cheaper then retail price, love the NORMAL shipping rate not inflated to more then the book is worth like some companies. This book teaches you how fat in your diet acutally causes the cells to become resistant to the insulin in your body. By eliminating the fat you can give the cells that are damaged a chance to heal and over a period of time reverse the affects and allow you to use less insulin and get more energy into the cells.
