Overstated product description
Unable to assess durabilty yet.
RechargeableOnly with batteries and charger which were not NOT SUPPLIED! Additional $40+ AUD TO BUY BOTH!

Better available but this works at a good price
My wrist problem is along the heel of my hand adjoining the wrist. I have found it is more comfortable and more effective if I use it not as intended. That is if I fold the soft elastic material wrist band, using it as a pad , then use the velcro only through the buckle to tighten the grip around the wrist it feels better supported and does not get as warm. I also have a "wrist widget" which I find more effective , but at about eight times the price!

Standard product battery which seems just fine, works, holds charge .
