This mirror was an exact replacement.
What else do you need to know? This used the original base that was on the windshield.

It also fits a Ford 1700. Fantastic!
I like the quality and price of the steering wheel. I bought it on the chance it would fit my tractor and it did! I have a Ford 1700. That means it should also fit the 1300, 1500 and 1900 series tractors. The difference is that it is about a 1.5" larger diameter than the original. However, if you want a little bit less muscle to turn your tractor, then I recommend this steering wheel

You will be thanking yourself for this low dollar - high value investment. The metal wheels and sturdy construction makes moving that motor around an easy chore. You won't be disappointed.
