  Placed an order on Nov 22, seller was unresponsive when asked about shipping & tracking information. When asked to cancel the order, denies the request & remains unresponsive. Absolute lack of communication from their end & still no tracking information provided. Had to escalate all the way to ebay upper management. Beware when placing an order.
