Good model that needs work.
1970's model of a composite gondola, perfect for upgranding. This is not a toy so it's not durable. It is not for "entertainment". It is a model train car.

Basic and good to go
This is a nice beginners' or modest tape player that does the job nicely. Easy set up and use. The actual tape player I received does not look like the one shown in the photo; mines is all black. Fit and finish could be a little better. The closed cassette doors don't quite line up with the body of the tape player. But it plays my old tapes well, so.....

Almost a time machine.....
Even though the railroad itself ceased to exist in 1957, and the text dates from 1959, the author brings this long gone railroad alive through his folksy and enthusiastic writing about those who worked on the the railroad at the time.
